Is the drain diagnostic free?
Yes. The on-site diagnostic is free with every HydroGo service, including hydrojetting, camera inspection, Express Unclogging™, French drain inspection, and all our other services. We save a card to confirm the booking. You are not charged for the diagnostic. If you approve work, we invoice after the visit.
What happens during the visit?
We assess the symptoms, choose the right access point, and explain what we find. You leave knowing what is wrong and what it costs to fix, whether that is hydrojetting, camera inspection, mechanical unclogging, or monitoring, before any follow-up work starts.
Do I get an exact arrival time?
You book a 3-hour time slot (for example 9 AM to 12 PM). After you confirm with a card, you receive a confirmation text. Your plumber sends another message when they are on the way.
What if you find a bigger problem?
We explain the options and give a clear price before any repair or hydrojetting starts. You decide next steps. No guesswork and no charges for work you did not approve.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
